Call Center Representative

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our Houston team. The representative will handle inbound customer interactions, answer questions, assist with service-related concerns, and help ensure every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Listen carefully to customer questions and concerns
• Provide accurate information regarding available services and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with routine issues and requests
• Identify appropriate solutions and take the necessary steps to resolve customer concerns
• Meet established customer service and quality expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable learning new computer-based systems
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
