• Greet every single person who enters with a genuine smile and a warm welcome, every time, regardless of how busy the desk is
• Manage sign-in/out, visitor logs, phones, deliveries, and vendor check-ins
• Recognize returning families and frequent visitors by name - familiarity is a chance to make someone feel truly known, not routine
• Support tours and first-time family visits with a warm, confident welcome
• Notice and pass along the small details about guests and families that help our Team create meaningful, individualized moment
