Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative I
** CSR Call Center*
* ** Pay Rate:**  $15.00 per hour

Training for 2 weeks after training the hours are 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday

** Position Summary*
* The Call Center I position is responsible for obtaining the necessary information to verify and update shipping information for patients. This role handles both inbound and outbound calls and communicates with patients, medical practices, and internal teams. The position also contacts patients when their study is complete to coordinate the return of cardiac monitoring equipment.

** Position Responsibilities*
* + Make inbound and outbound calls to patients, medical practices, and internal teams to obtain missing or incomplete information.

+ Release orders for shipment once all required prerequisites are completed.

+ Perform duties related to retrieving company equipment.

+ Generate and send equipment recovery letters.

+ Become proficient in the use and operation of cardiac event monitoring equipment.

+ Clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers.

+ Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service.

+ Build trust and maintain professionalism through consistent, honest communication.

+ Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

+ Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently.

+ Experience handling confidential information.

+ High degree of professionalism and comfort with making and receiving telephone calls.

+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to operate a digital telephone system.

+ Accurate typing and data-entry skills.

+ Bilingual skills are a plus.

** Working Environment &

Physical Requirements *
* + Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

+ Repetitive use of hands for typing, handling materials, and operating standard office equipment.

+ Work is performed under typical office conditions.

+ Must successfully pass a required drug screening.

+ Must provide valid documentation establishing eligibility to work in the United States.

** Pay Details:**  $15.00 per hour
