Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator

Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRICING COORDINATOR
NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRICING COORDINATOR Houston, TX 77041 Pay: $28–$33/hour We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator to support the Sales team with customer pricing, quotations, order support, and day-to-day customer communication. This is a customer-facing support position, not an outside sales role. The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, comfortable working with numbers and customers, and interested in learning manufacturing pricing and quoting.

Key Responsibilities Review and price customer orders using approved pricing. Prepare customer quotations with guidance from Sales. Review orders for missing, outdated, or incorrect pricing. Update approved pricing in the ERP system. Communicate pricing updates, quote information, lead times, order status, and expedite requests to customers. Read basic manufacturing drawings and part information to assist with accurate quoting. Maintain organized pricing, quotation, and customer documentation.

Assist with customer prequalification forms, questionnaires, and commercial paperwork. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to resolve customer requests. Assist with annual pricing reviews and approved price increases. Progressively take ownership of routine pricing and quotations as training is completed. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, inside sales support, quoting, estimating, or manufacturing preferred. Strong computer and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail. Professional phone and email communication skills. Comfortable communicating directly with customers. Ability to read basic manufacturing drawings and part information. Ability to manage multiple quotes and customer requests at the same time. ERP or quoting-system experience is a plus. Willingness to learn industrial processes, pricing methods, and quoting requirements. Apply online or at our office:
