We supply advanced products and solutions from leading international manufacturers to ensure quality and reliability. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders to customer specifications via company and supplier software.
• Check availability of stock and shipping dates
• Expedite orders to meet customer deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, customers and suppliers in a professional and timely manner
• Purchase product from vendors
• Assist in answering incoming phone calls and route them accordingly
• Check, respond and follow-up to all emails
• Follow company policies and maintain acceptable attendance
• Administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient and accurate Data entry skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information
• Team oriented and flexible
• Must have a high level of professionalism and great work ethic
• Ability to perform in pressure situations
• 2+ years in Customer Service/Data Entry experience is required
• Ability to work full-time in the office at 11711 Playa Ct, Houston, TX 77034.
