Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members warmly and provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via digital channels

- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and account maintenance

- Promote and explain credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs

- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance member satisfaction

- Maintain knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

- Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary

- Support the credit union’s community engagement and promotional activities

Skills and

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional financial or customer service training preferred

- Previous experience in banking, credit unions, or customer service roles is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with banking software

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
