At Window World, exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Houston team.

As a Call Center Representative, you'll serve as an important point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their home improvement experience. You'll assist customers by phone and through other communication channels, answer questions, schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and help ensure every interaction results in a positive customer experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, text messaging, online chat, and other communication channels.

• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, appointments, and company policies.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales consultations, installations, service calls, and other customer needs.

• Listen to customer concerns, identify solutions, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

• Escalate complex customer service concerns to the appropriate team member or department when necessary.

• Maintain accurate customer records and thoroughly document customer interactions.

• Process customer payments and update account information as needed.

• Conduct outbound customer follow-ups and support customer communication initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales, installation, service, and other internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner.

• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

• Meet established call center and customer service performance expectations, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.

• Assist with training and onboarding new team members when assigned.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or related experience
  ; 2+ years preferred.

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional and friendly phone presence.

• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

• Accurate data entry and typing skills.

• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic.

In-office position

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location:
Houston, TX

• Starting at $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
