We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Experience Associate to manage our front desk and deliver excellent service to visitors and callers. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression, supporting smooth office operations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the organization.

• Greet and assist visitors and callers professionally
• Answer and route phone calls efficiently
• Manage calendars and shared spaces
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Inventory and order office and kitchen supplies
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
• Training in phone systems, office software, and customer service practices desired
