About the Role

We are looking for friendly and compassionate individuals to join our Customer Experience team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, helping answer questions and providing support over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their customer service career in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

+ Answer inbound calls from members and provide excellent customer service

+ Assist with questions related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and healthcare services

+ Listen carefully to member concerns and help resolve issues in a professional manner

+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

+ Navigate company systems to access and update member information

+ Accurately document call details and interactions

+ Follow HIPAA and company policies to protect member information

Requirements

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Positive attitude and a passion for helping others

+ Basic computer and data entry skills

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required

+ Call center or healthcare experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77070.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
