- Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Stable, full-time hours)

- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding client accounts in both English and Spanish
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
- Negotiate mutually beneficial payment arrangements and resolve account balances
- Accurately update customer records and histories in our system Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Language: Professional fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish
- Skills: Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Financial Comfort: Comfort discussing financial matters and account balances professionally
- Technical
Skills:
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills - Experience: Previous call center, customer service, or collections experience is a plus, but not required. We train the right people!
