Position SummaryAs a Dental Assistant at Naba Dental, you will support our team in delivering excellent patient care. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of creating a positive experience for patients from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare exam rooms and assist the dentist during procedures.
- Take and develop dental x-rays (digital).
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of dental equipment and operatories.
- Record patient medical histories and assist with charting in Dentrix Ascend.
- Provide post‑op instructions and ensure patient comfort throughout their visit.
- Assist with lab tasks such as pouring models and sending/receiving lab cases.
- Monitor inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
- Support front office staff as needed (cross‑trained environment).
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required.
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply).
- Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR certification (current).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
