Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about patient care, education, and operational excellence. This position will support both Telephone Rd and Willow Chase locations and requires flexibility to travel between sites.
Responsibilities- Coordinate orthodontic treatment plans and patient flow
- Educate patients and parents on treatment options, care plans, and financial arrangements
- Support orthodontic scheduling, case management, and daily clinic operations
- Maintain accurate, organized patient records and documentation
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for families
- Work efficiently in a high-volume healthcare setting while staying focused under pressure
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED
- X-Ray License - REQUIRED
- RDA certification preferred
- Orthodontic experience required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and able to work in a busy clinical environment
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to superior patient care
- Ability to travel between locations
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
- Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
- X-ray certification is preferred, but may be obtained through the Company.
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and public.
- Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Strong computer skills, Word and Excel a must, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
- High degree of initiative, accountability and independent judgment.
- Communication- effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.
- Must be able to project a capable and professional image- one that is reflective of Company Values.
- Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
- Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles
