What You’ll Do- Be the Guide:
Help patients understand their treatment options and feel great about their care — from first conversation to final smile. - Keep It Moving:
Schedule appointments, coordinate with providers, and make sure every step runs smoothly and on time. - Work Smarter (and Happier):
Partner with a close-knit team that values communication, teamwork, and laughter just as much as results. - Master the Details:
Handle insurance verification, present financial plans, and keep treatment records organized and accurate. - Make a Difference Daily:
You’ll be that calm, reassuring voice that turns questions into confidence and plans into smiles.
- 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator (bonus points if you’ve supported an OM or led parts of the front office).
- Confidence in discussing treatment and financial details — you make complex info sound simple.
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Organization, initiative, and follow-through that keep things running smoothly.
- A warm personality and positive attitude that make patients love coming back.
- Pay Range: $21–$25/hr, based on experience.
- Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week — no nights or weekends. - Benefits:
