  Schedule appointments, coordinate with providers, and make sure every step runs smoothly and on time.

  Handle insurance verification, present financial plans, and keep treatment records organized and accurate.

• 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator (bonus points if you’ve supported an OM or led parts of the front office).
• Confidence in discussing treatment and financial details — you make complex info sound simple.
• Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Organization, initiative, and follow-through that keep things running smoothly.
• A warm personality and positive attitude that make patients love coming back.

• Pay Range: $21–$25/hr, based on experience.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, 40 hours per week — no nights or weekends.
