- Review and update medical histories; engage in a data-driven approach to patient care.
- Conduct initial examinations, including oral cancer screenings, leveraging state-of-the-art technology.
- Process dental x-rays using cutting-edge imaging software; provide insights to dentists.
- Perform oral prophylaxis using advanced techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
- Apply innovative cavity prevention agents and sealants.
- Maintain accurate, real-time medical and dental records using modern electronic health systems.
- Deliver digital education to patients on oral health techniques and preventive care.
- Implement and maintain stringent infectious disease control protocols.
- Optimize inventory levels by monitoring and maintaining supply inventory with precision.
- Assist Dental Assistants as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and patient experience.
- Embrace continuous learning through mandatory continuing education programs.
- Participate actively in the Performance Improvement Program, driving transformation and innovation.
- Engage in additional responsibilities that foster growth and community impact.
- Possess an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from an ADA-accredited institution.
- Participate actively in Medicare, Medicaid, and other advanced reimbursement programs.
- Bring at least one year of experience as a Dental Hygienist, with a focus on pediatric patient management.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
