• Full scope general dentistry (this is not a role for specialists or quasi-specialists; we are seeking true generalists who enjoy practicing a variety of procedures)
• Serve primarily adult patients (and occasionally their children and parents)
• Engage fully with your patients, team, and work in an impressive way
• Maintain an energetic and enthusiastic disposition throughout the work day
• Achieve reliably high-quality and satisfying clinical outcomes
• Arrive early and stay late as needed for the patients and team
• Provide 5-star service and hospitality to the patients and team
• Exhibit a professional presentation and demeanor that aligns with the company culture and brand
• Collaborate with talented colleagues

• Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school
• State license and regional boards (eligible to practice dentistry in local state)
• 2+ years of clinical experience in the U.S. (outside of the program setting)
• Ability to use dental tools and equipment across a broad scope of procedures at an expert level
• Charisma and charm
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, structured environment
• Ability to navigate and negotiate interpersonal relationships and interactions at an expert level
• Looking for stability within an organization offering limitless growth and development opportunities
• Experience operating your own practice is a plus
• Experience in group practice is a plus
• True Generalists are preferred
