We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Prosthodontist to join our team on a part-time basis (1–2 days per month). This position is ideal for a prosthodontist who thrives on complex restorative cases and enjoys working closely with a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and manage complex restorative and cosmetic cases, including full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Perform advanced prosthodontic procedures such as implant-supported restorations, fixed/removable prostheses, and cosmetic smile design.
- Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other specialists to develop and execute interdisciplinary treatment plans.
- Provide expert consultation on treatment options for challenging cases.
- Ensure accurate documentation, case planning, and patient communication to support optimal outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice.
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Prosthodontics residency program.
- Active Texas dental license in good standing (or eligibility).
- Proven experience in complex, interdisciplinary cases including implant dentistry and cosmetic rehabilitation.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, artistry, and precision in restorative work.
- Expertise in digital dentistry workflows (CAD/CAM, guided surgery, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex occlusion and function issues.
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
- Patient-centered care philosophy with a focus on education and trust-building.
- Part-time: 1–2 days per month (flexible scheduling) with additional days possible as patient schedule permits.
