Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Knowledge of dental insurances

Master the ins and outs of dental insurance

Utilize Open Dental software like a pro

Deliver top‑notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression

Schedule patients with ease and efficiency

Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient

Ensure smooth and friendly patient checkouts

Audit patient accounts with precision

Stay on top of treatment plans, follow‑ups, and patient cancellations to keep everything running smoothly

Experience
  • Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
  • Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Treatment Planner: 1 year (Required)
