What You’ll Do

As a Dental Regional Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to a select group of URBN Dental offices, helping Office Managers and their teams reach new levels of success.



Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct oversight and mentorship to Office Managers across 3–6 locations
• Serve as the bridge between corporate leadership and office teams, aligning strategy with execution
• Guide and support Office Managers in mastering:
• Front office operations (scheduling, treatment planning, AR, billing, and insurance claims)
• KPI analysis and reporting
• Team performance, accountability, and conflict resolution
• Conduct regular site visits to maintain alignment, troubleshoot issues, and cultivate culture
• Partner with the CFO and Clinical Directors to align financial goals and clinical output
• Lead by example in servant leadership, clear communication, and results-driven management
• Ensure compliance with URBN Dental policies, while empowering teams with autonomy and structure
• Assist in onboarding new Office Managers and implementing growth pathways for top performers

• Experienced in leading multiple dental offices or locations (minimum 3+ years preferred)
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving
• Skilled at creating structure in growing environments
• Aligned with the belief that people buy into the leader before they buy into the vision
