As a Dental Office Manager, you are the heartbeat of the office-driven team unity, operational success, and a next-level patient experience.
- Lead front & back‑office staff with clarity, consistency, and care
- Oversee daily operations: scheduling, submitting claims, benefit verification, and pre‑authorizations to medical insurance
- Drive KPIs and performance with accountability and vision
- Champion every patient’s journey with empathy and proactive communication
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams on treatment goals and productivity
