What You’ll Do

As a Dental Office Manager, you are the heartbeat of the office-driven team unity, operational success, and a next-level patient experience.

  • Lead front & back‑office staff with clarity, consistency, and care
  • Oversee daily operations: scheduling, submitting claims, benefit verification, and pre‑authorizations to medical insurance
  • Drive KPIs and performance with accountability and vision
  • Champion every patient’s journey with empathy and proactive communication
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams on treatment goals and productivity
  • Build trust through clear communication, follow‑through, and strong leadership
  • Foster a culture of ownership, growth, and servant leadership
