About The Opportunity

Step into a brand-new, modern dental ecosystem built from the ground up. We are launching a state‑of‑the‑art office in the booming Houston market and are seeking a skilled, patient‑centric Endodontist to lead our clinical endodontic care. Because this is a brand‑new location, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the clinical culture and establish a premier referral base from day one, backed by an experienced administrative support team that handles the marketing, scheduling, and billing for you.

What We Offer
  • Top‑Tier Compensation:

  • Advanced Technology:
The practice features fully digital workflows, built‑in CBCT imaging, modern microscopes, and efficient operatories designed for seamless clinical outcomes.
  • Complete Clinical Autonomy:
You focus entirely on patient care and clinical decisions while our dedicated support team handles the non‑clinical business operations.

Enjoy a steady stream of internal and regional patient referrals to keep your chair full immediately.
  • Comprehensive Benefits (For Full‑Time):
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan options, CE (Continuing Education) allowances, and professional liability coverage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high‑quality endodontic treatments, including complex root canal therapies, retreatments, and endodontic microsurgery.
  • Diagnose and treat dental pain, trauma, and infections of the root and surrounding tissues with precision and empathy.
  • Educate patients on their treatment plans, providing a calm, comfortable, and anxiety‑free experience.
  • Collaborate closely with our referring general dentists to ensure comprehensive, seamless patient care.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program.
  • Certificate in Endodontics from an advanced, accredited post‑doctoral program.
