Job Responsibilities Processing & Acrylic Work
  • Process full and partial dentures using heat-cured, cold-cured, and injection-molded acrylics
    .
  • Perform flasking, investing, and boil-out procedures accurately to ensure high-quality results.
  • Pack and cure dentures while maintaining proper handling techniques to prevent material defects.
  • Trim, finish, and polish dentures to achieve optimal comfort, esthetics, and durability
    .
Post-Processing & Finishing
  • Remove processed dentures from molds and carefully clean residual plaster or stone.
  • Fine-tune occlusion, adjust fit, and perform necessary refinements to ensure precision.
  • Apply staining, characterizing, and final polishing for a natural appearance.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all functional, aesthetic, and durability
    standards are met.
  • Work closely with the lab manager to make necessary adjustments based on clinician feedback.
General Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following safety and infection control protocols
    .
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any processing issues.
  • Stay updated with advancements in acrylic processing techniques and denture materials
    .
  • Assist with training junior technicians when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4+ years in denture processing, acrylic work, or related dental lab experience.
  • Technical

    Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of acrylic materials, flasking, packing, and polishing techniques
      .
  • Attention to Detail:
    • Ability to ensure high-quality craftsmanship with minimal errors.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to troubleshoot processing challenges and make adjustments as needed
  • Team Player:
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus

    Skills:
    • Experience with 3D printed denture workflows is a plus.
