Compensation Potential

Up to $700,000+ per year (Base salary + highly competitive percentage of collections, driven by advanced multi-disciplinary production).

Clinical Scope

Serve as the primary provider for high-production, full-mouth transformation cases, guiding patients from initial surgical phase through final aesthetic restoration.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Implant Dentistry: Perform advanced surgical placements, including single-tooth, immediate load, sinus lifts, bone grafting, and full-arch solutions (All-on-X).

  • Cosmetic & Restorative: Design and execute high-end cosmetic smile makeovers utilizing porcelain veneers, aesthetic crowns, bonding, and laser tissue contouring.

  • Periodontics: Diagnose and manage complex periodontal cases, performing pocket reduction, soft tissue grafting, and crown lengthening to establish a healthy clinical foundation.

  • Prosthodontics: Orchestrate full-mouth rehabilitations, managing complex occlusal schemes, fixed and removable prosthetics, implant-supported over dentures, and hybrid restorations.

  • Collaborative Care: Lead a highly trained clinical auxiliary team and collaborate directly with our advanced lab professionals to ensure flawless prosthetic design and fit.

  • Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
