Pay: $15 - $23 per hour

• License & Certification:
  Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license required
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of lead dental assistant experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with implants and surgical assisting preferred
• Familiarity with iTero and digital dentistry workflows preferred
• Open Dental software experience preferred

• Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team
• Surgical chairside assisting including implants, extractions, and bone grafting
• Assist doctors and hygienists during procedures
• Support training and mentorship of team members
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Show patients to exam rooms and prepare them for procedures
• Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging
• Make dental impressions
• Sterilize dental tools and equipment
• Support post-procedure clean-up
• Supply ordering and inventory maintenance
• Support clinical efficiency and patient flow
• Help maintain a positive and growth-focused office culture
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience

Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
