Part-Time Hygiene Assistant - Houston, TX

Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Part-Time Hygiene Assistant to join our team in Houston!

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care. As a Hygiene Assistant, you will help support the hygiene team by providing an excellent patient experience and assisting with the flow of daily clinical operations.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

* Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures

* Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

* Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

* Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)

* Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

* Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards

* Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$16-$20/hour
