Pay: $23 - $30 per hour

• 2+ years of dental management or leadership experience required
• Perio or specialty dental experience required
• Implant and surgical case coordination experience required
• Strong treatment planning and patient communication skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and operational mindset
• Experience with Next Gen or similar EMR systems preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Lead day-to-day specialty office operations
• Coordinate perio, implant, and surgical workflows
• Manage treatment plans, case acceptance, and patient follow-up
• Support front office + clinical team alignment
• Maintain exceptional patient experience from consult to surgery
• Coach, support, and develop team members
• Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership to improve performance and efficiency
