Dental Hygienist
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned dental practice in Houston, TX. Our office generates $4.5 million annually and consists of approximately 20 team members. We focus heavily on cosmetic dentistry and maintain a high case acceptance rate with a large volume of patients.
Practice Profile:
- Comprehensive dental practice with two associates and an in-house lab.
- Producing between $4 million and $5 million annually, with a strong focus on growth.
- Well-regarded in the local community, known for a modern technology focus, including implants, full arch solutions, and Neodent systems.
New Patients:
- Typically welcoming 50-70 new patients per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental hygiene and cosmetic procedures.
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday, with options for shifts from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Compensation:
- $50 per hour, plus a 10% commission on services exceeding $175.
- Significant bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications:
