As a General Dentist
, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive dental care in a fast-growing, integrated care environment while supporting optimal oral health outcomes for patients.

As a General Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental services while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Perform routine exams, preventive procedures, and restorative treatments
- Conduct dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Apply preventive agents such as sealants and whitening treatments
- Design and fit dental prosthetics including bridges, crowns, and dentures
- Prescribe medications and provide pain management as needed
- Administer anesthesia or sedation for procedures when appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays and dental models
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental staff and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program
- National Board Dental Examination certification
- DEA registration
- Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid provider participation
- Strong clinical skills across general dentistry procedures
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality care
Preferred:
- 4–6 years of clinical experience
- Experience with Open Dental
- Knowledge of public health principles and integrated care models
