• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards.

• 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of dental software systems and insurance processes.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
