A well-established and growing pediatric dental practice in Houston, Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (Peds DDS) to join its team. One of the biggest advantages of this position is the opportunity to participate in the practice's established General Anesthesia program.

The current pediatric dentist is performing approximately 8 GA surgery days per month, and the incoming associate will share those surgery days. This provides an excellent opportunity for a Peds DDS who enjoys treating complex pediatric patients and wants to incorporate a meaningful amount of surgical dentistry into their practice.

The GA cases can also provide a significant additional production opportunity while allowing the associate to maintain a balanced schedule between routine pediatric dentistry and surgical treatment.

The practice offers a highly competitive compensation structure:

35% of collections OR a daily guarantee - whichever is higher.

This structure gives the associate both income protection and substantial upside potential as their production and patient base grow.

We are looking for a Pediatric Dentist who:

• Is passionate about providing high-quality care to children
