- Sterilizing tools and maintaining a clean workspace
- Sharing post-treatment care instructions and following safety guidelines
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- Background check, valid driver's license, and work authorization in the U.S.
- Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401k plan
- Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules (Monday–Friday, 9–5)
- Training available for X-ray skills and dental assisting certifications (bonus)
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
