What You'll Do & Bring

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide high-quality preventive dental care while educating patients and supporting overall oral health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, sealants, fluoride treatments, and radiographs
  • Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments using established clinical standards
  • Accurately document patient care and treatments in dental records
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and disease prevention
  • Conduct oral hygiene classes and provide individualized patient counseling
  • Support dental health education initiatives, including student or community presentations
  • Perform procedures as delegated by the Dental Director in accordance with state regulations and protocols
  • Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and clinical standards
  • Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment
  • Support daily operational workflows within the dental department
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within scope
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
  • Active and current Registered Dental Hygienist license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical knowledge in dental hygiene practices
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
  • Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive patient situations
Preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience with Open Dental
