Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time front office professional to join a modern, fast-paced dental practice that serves a wide range of patients and treatment needs. Our office includes 4 general doctors, 10 cutting-edge operatories, and 5 dedicated hygiene suites, supporting comprehensive care in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, endodontics, and periodontal therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys helping patients and keeping the practice running smoothly.

Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, patient recall, insurance verification, patient records management, customer service, and supporting daily front desk and front office operations. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, Open Dental, Dexis, Dental Intel, Flex, Slack, and Office 360 is required. Experience with Microsoft Office and expanded functions is also valued. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a multi-specialty environment with General, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, multi-doctor, single doctor, PPO, and private practice settings.

Lunch breaks are 1 hour Monday through Thursday, with no lunch on Fridays due to the shortened schedule. This is an hourly position.
