We Are growing and need more help! RH Dentistry is a private practice, family-owned general dentistry practice committed to providing exceptional care with a body-focused approach. We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
STRONG TREATMENT PLANNING CAPABILITIES ARE A MUST!

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering outstanding customer service
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Present treatment plans clearly and discuss financial options with patients
• Coordinate insurance verification and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Foster a positive and professional atmosphere in the office

• at least THREE YEARS Experience in a dental front office role required
• STRONG TREATMENT PLANNING SKILLS
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus
• Knowledge of Open Dental
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• A team player with a proactive and friendly attitude.
