Designer who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of design to leadtheteam and elevate our projects.
Designers play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of our projects. Thesuccessfulcandidate will understand design principlesandhave8-15years of experience.
The Designerwillbe responsible for creating meaningful design solutions that exceed client expectations.
What you will be doing:
- Initiating design concepts and bringing fresh ideas
- Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Building andmaintainingclient relationships
- Mentoring,guiding and inspiringother staff
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring design ideas are consistent and aligned with project goals
- Ensure design deliverables are of excellent quality and meet the Studio RED standards
- Conducting regular reviews andprovidefeedback to the team
Your Qualifications
- Licensed Architectpreferred
- Professional degree (Bachelor’sor higher) in Architecture
- Minimum of8years of experience indesign
- Understanding of design principlesandtheuser experience
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively to clients and teams
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including clear and concise communication, active listening and observation as well asseekunderstanding of others' points of view looking at verbal and non-verbal cues to encourage open and honest discussions
