OJB Landscape Architecture is an award-winning design firm with offices across the U.S. We specialize in urban parks, campuses, healthcare, and workplace landscapes. We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our Houston and Dallas teams, focusing on construction administration
.
- Prepare and coordinate design and construction documents
- Visit job sites to observe construction and work with contractors
- Solve technical challenges creatively
- Collaborate with engineers, builders and other consultants
- Write and manage project specifications
- Lead project meetings and track progress
- Identify and report project status
- Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Technology
- 3+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on site construction administration
- Experience in fast-paced, design-focused environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and MS Office
- Familiarity with Revit, Lumion, Rhino, Land F/X, is a plus
