We’re hiring an Electrical Mechanical Technician for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

• Description of Duties:
  Ensure production processes and test equipment are running properly and efficiently. Support onboarding and validation of new testing processes, products, and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise on the production floor. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to test processes and product quality. Coordinate with Engineering on ECOs, process changes, BOM updates, and test revisions
• Requirements:
  Knowledge of PCB production processes (silk‑screening, reflow ovens, pick‑and‑place machines). Electrical and electronic troubleshooting experience in a production environment. Familiarity with soldering processes and industry standards. Experience with electrical connectors and crimping tools. Understanding of pneumatics. Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes. Experience with wiring harnesses. Ability to use an oscilloscope. Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Solid Works
