Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX. The responsibilities of the role include creating detailed architectural designs and construction drawings, leading design phases, coordinating with clients and project teams, and contributing to urban planning initiatives. The chosen candidate will work closely with other professionals and stakeholders to deliver functional, innovative, and quality design solutions.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical skills
• Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and other related deliverables
• Knowledge of Urban Planning concepts and their integration within architectural projects
• Strong Drawing and visualization abilities to communicate ideas effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up)
• Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
• Licensure in architecture is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with building codes and construction standards
• Experience in commercial or institutional projects is a plus
• +5 years of architecture & construction experience
