Architectural Project Manager

Position Overview
The Architectural Project Manager will oversee and manage architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams to deliver high-quality designs and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the project team, including architects, designers, and engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design and drafting tasks.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address site-related issues.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Implement problem-solving strategies to overcome project challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Experience with Healthcare and/or Higher Education Building Designs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of construction management and site supervision.
  • Excellent client relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting and scheduling practices.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
