Senior UI Designer

Description We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join a growing team and shape high-impact digital experiences that support brand growth and customer acquisition. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual craft with a sharp understanding of conversion-focused creative across web, email, and paid media. You will collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, copy, and development partners while helping elevate design quality in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality digital assets for campaigns, landing pages, email initiatives, and paid social placements with a focus on performance and visual consistency.

- Translate growth and marketing objectives into interface designs that strengthen engagement, improve user experience, and support measurable business outcomes.

- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, and iterative design concepts in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for a range of customer-facing touchpoints.

- Partner with copywriters, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to move projects from concept through launch while maintaining design standards.

- Refine creative through testing, feedback, and data-informed adjustments, especially for advertising concepts tied to acquisition and conversion goals.

- Support website updates and page creation within template-based platforms such as Word Press and Framer.

- Contribute to the development of scalable design approaches, reusable components, and efficient workflows for an expanding design function.

- Balance multiple priorities across brand, product, and marketing initiatives while delivering high-quality work on tight timelines. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in UI design, digital design, or a closely related field.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence across web, marketing, and conversion-oriented creative work.

- Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with After Effects is highly valued.

- Working knowledge of wire framing, UX principles, and interface design systems.

- Experience designing for paid media, A/B testing, or other performance marketing environments.

- Familiarity with Word Press templates, Framer, and email design best practices.

- Ability to work effectively in a high-growth setting with shifting priorities and fast iteration cycles. Innovation starts with people.®
