This position blends technical skill, construction knowledge, and problem-solving to deliver cabinet layouts that builders can rely on, every time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and understands how design decisions impact installation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Create cabinet designs using architectural blueprints and builder specifications in 20‑20 Technologies.
- Develop functional layouts that meet space constraints, installation standards, and product requirements.
- Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
- Solve practical design challenges where limited standardization exists.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth downstream execution.
- Assist with training and mentoring future Cabinet Designer new hires as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Cabinet Design Manager.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience using 20‑20 Design software preferred.
- General knowledge of residential construction and cabinet installation.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
