We office in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio - with a portfolio spanning the United States and beyond.
Our needs:
We have an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Senior Level Landscape Architect with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.
Requirements
- bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master's degree preferred but not required)
- minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management
- experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
- demonstrated strength in business development, including building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to firm growth
- strong graphic skills, including proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
- ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work
- comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups
- experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
- mentors, empowers, and advocates for others while positively impacting the office, firm, and professional community
- builds and maintains enduring client relationships
- solicits feedback, builds consensus, and influences others toward shared goals
- champions continuous learning and professional passion
- serves as a resource within their area of expertise
- solid communication skills across multiple platforms
- self-motivated with strong time management skills
- contributes to creative efforts on projects and in the office
- works with and manages others to advance firm goals and priorities
- commitment to your continued growth as a creative professional
