Provide guidance on design intent during construction administration. Serve as day‑to‑day voice for design intent in execution matters.
- Direct preparation of client presentation materials, assisting in setting creative direction of visual communication for the project. Have an understanding of digital design tools, including 3D modeling, rendering, computational design, immersive technologies, and AI, for the effective management of junior designers. Lead design presentations when called upon to support the project and team.

- Collaborate with technical leaders and engineering disciplines to integrate building systems thoughtfully and innovatively. Ensure conceptual design intent is woven through all disciplines.
- Champion performance‑based and sustainable design strategies, promoting decarbonization of our portfolio. Work with building performance group to energy model projects.
- Apply these approaches to large‑scale, complex projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mentor and grow emerging professionals, nurturing an environment of collaboration, experimentation, innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
