Architectural Project Manager

Project Managers are directly responsible for one or more architectural project teams to ensure successful completion of projects from design drawings to the constructed building.

• implement standards and processes
• track project schedule and budget
• coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to lead the high performance of project teams.
• support the Principals in providing the highest standard of service to Clients to maximize repeat business.

• Project Manager in the Federal, Civic, and K12 Studios
• Direct communication with Client project representatives
• Implement a project work plan following project management process
• Generate and track project schedules and deliverable requirements
• Monitor project fee budgets and job costs
• Coordinate production and quality reviews of Contract Documents
• Proactively communicate with project team consultants
• Oversee the performance of architectural staff team members
• Clearly and consistently communicate team roles, responsibilities, and schedules
• Check-in with team members to maintain engagement, job satisfaction, retention, and role development

• Registered Architect in Texas
• 8+ years of architectural experience
• 3+ years of experience managing architectural projects through all phases.
• Experience with K12, Federal, and/or Civic projects in the US.
• Work Authorization:
