Overview
- Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative industrial design solutions.
- Utilize Revit and CAD software for precise project planning and execution.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of innovative design strategies and practices.
- Coordinate all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications using Revit and CAD software.
- Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design and construction standards.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients to refine project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management, with 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and CAD software for design and documentation.
- Experience managing industrial projects and delivering innovative solutions.
- Licensed architect preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of architectural standards, regulations, and safety practices.
