CoreResponsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration, ensuring the original design intent is realized in the final built environment.
- Coordinate and integrate complex multidisciplinary teams, including structural, civil, and MEP consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery and technical cohesion.
- Oversee the production of high-fidelity construction documents within Autodesk Revit, maintaining the highest standards for quality assurance and technical accuracy.
- Manage project life cycles by navigating building codes, rigorous schedules, and complex budgets to ensure every milestone is met with precision.
- Conduct high-level client meetings and cultivate enduring relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and the face of the firm's commitment to excellence.
- Foster a collaborative studio culture by mentoring junior staff, sharing technical knowledge, and elevating the team's collective design capabilities.
- Assist in the strategic planning of project staffing and resource allocation to optimize studio performance and meet concurrent deadlines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience, specifically within a leadership or project management capacity.
- Advanced, expert-level command of Autodesk Revit and professional experience with project management workflows.
- Deep understanding of building codes, construction processes, and diverse project delivery methods.
- Active Architectural License (RA/AIA).
- Proven track record in Commercial, Healthcare, Education, or large-scale Institutional sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
