Responsibilities
- Work closely with architectural professionals advising on design and specification of door openings.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers.
- Identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications.
- Provide timely and accurate product information for commercial project specifications.
- Deliver educational programs highlighting new products and solutions.
- College/University degree preferred (architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar).
- At least 2-3 years’ industry related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
Demonstrates expertise in architectural representation and specification writing, with a strong ability to cultivate relationships with design teams and deliver educational programs on products and solutions.
