GR8 _TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead.

We deliver full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale — from seamless integrations and expert consulting to long-term operational support. Our platform powers millions of active players and drives real business growth. Call it what it is: the iGaming Platform for Champions.

With 1000+ GR8 people across locations and time zones, we don’t just ship technology — we help operators build success stories across brands, markets, and geos.

Our ambition drives us. Our people make it real.

If you’re a challenger in spirit and a champion in action — join us.

Why this role exists:

This role exists to own and advance the core design system that powers all our web and mobile app platforms. You’ll help us build a productive, minimal, and human product experience by maintaining scalable design libraries, aligning token architecture with front-end code, and keeping our design ecosystem grounded in real product problems.

What you’ll drive:

System Architecture & Tokens

Build and maintain components, widgets, and primitives in Figma using advanced variants, properties, auto layout, and constraints.

Own the variable and token architecture across primitive, semantic, and component layers, including multi-brand theme modes.

Audit the library regularly to manage versioning, plan deprecations, and systematically reduce design debt.

Partner with front-end developers during implementation, reviewing built components to ensure code accurately matches Figma designs.

Align component properties, states, and naming conventions directly between Figma libraries and front-end code (e.g., Storybook).

Define and document design patterns, usage guidelines, and responsive behavior rules to ensure seamless multi-break point execution.

Adoption, Enablement & Operations

Support product and graphic designers in adopting the system through onboarding, usage reviews, and component gap analysis.

Establish clear processes for collecting system requests, evaluating new pattern proposals, and resolving library friction.

Communicate the reasoning behind system decisions transparently, keeping all internal stakeholders aligned around core standards.

Product Design & Research

Design end-to-end features, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to solve real product problems and keep the system grounded.

Validate design hypotheses alongside UX Researchers and Product Managers using usability tests, interviews, and user feedback.

Enforce WCAG AA accessibility fundamentals (contrast, focus states, keyboard navigation, hit areas) across all digital platforms.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

Ukrainian/Russian proficiency is required.

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 1 year dedicated to building and maintaining a production design system used by other teams.

Expert-level mastery of Figma, including advanced component architecture, sets, variable layers, design tokens, and multi-brand theming.

Strong technical literacy—ability to read HTML/CSS/JSX or Storybook pages and hold constructive technical conversations with front-end developers.

Practical understanding of responsive design best practices across various breakpoints and platform constraints.

Familiarity with WCAG AA accessibility standards (focus states, contrast ratios, keyboard navigation).

Proven ability to conduct usability research, iterate on prototypes, and define requirements based on team briefs.

Exceptional communication skills to articulate system decisions, facilitate cross-team alignment, and manage feature requests diplomatically.

Nice-to-have

Hands-on experience working in or closely alongside a dedicated Design Ops function.

Familiarity with visual design principles and brand consistency across marketing and product touchpoints.

Track record of establishing deprecation strategies and managing large-scale UI kit migrations.
