The Houston office of Smith Group is looking for a Senior Project Architect
- Healthcare to join our team.
Working with us, you will:
An ideal candidate has:
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience as a technical architect, leading and working with medium to large-sized projects.
- LEED AP preferred. Architectural Registration required.
- Strong technical competence and proven experience in schematic design through construction documents.
- Demonstrated understanding of code implementation, jurisdiction review, construction practices and methodologies.
- Experience leading other architects and project groups.
- Proficiency with and experience using current design software including Revit and Sketch Up.
- Strong leadership, written and verbal communication and organizational skills, facilitating the development of trusted relationships with clients and staff.

While we may ultimately pay more or less than a posted salary range, at the time of posting the anticipated salary range for this position is $123,000 to $170,000 annually and you are eligible for a performance-based bonus each year.
