Model Home Designer

• Independently design and execute small to mid-size model home interiors using established design concepts for new floor plans, communities, and product offerings

• Maintain Perry Homes brand standards, target buyer alignment, and budget requirements

• Collaborate throughout design phases including drawings, presentations, and project coordination

• Create and deliver professional presentations communicating design concepts and interior selections to internal teams

• Select, purchase, and coordinate inventory for budgeted model home designs with warehouse and operations teams

• Develop installation plans and oversee model home installation execution

• Provide creative direction for merchandising, artwork, accessories, and styling

• Research current design trends, materials, furnishings, and finishes

• Build working knowledge of floor plans, structural options, interior selections, and design standards

• College degree in Interior Design or another design-related field required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred
• Experience with space planning software (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Bluebeam or similar)
• Experience in Bluebeam is a plus

Demonstrates expertise in interior design with a strong focus on space planning, budget management, and brand alignment. Proficient in creating cohesive design concepts and delivering professional presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
