Pediatric Associates Family of Companies and MD Kids is excited to announce our Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Training Program, Pedi Plus,
designed for new graduate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). This structured, hands‑on program offers a comprehensive transition from the academic setting to independent clinical practice. We are seeking candidates passionate about Pediatric Primary Care for our Houston, Texas location. The program will begin January 12, 2026.
- Recent graduate (within the past 18 months) of an accredited NP or PA program
- Candidates must have strong clinical experience in pediatric primary care.
- Current state licensure and national certification (FNP, PNP, PA-C, etc.)
- Current BLS certifications (or eligible prior to start date)
- Intermediate Spanish fluency
- Commitment to ongoing learning, teamwork, and professional excellence
- Ability to make a 2 year commitment to work in a full‑time or part‑time capacity for the company.
- Paid Training
- Benefits effective first day of training/employment
